We have sent nice steaks to out of state friends/family for gifts.
I think a little something from your state/city is nice to show up with (often can find these things in the airport) but for a real “thank you” gift, we do steaks.

I would pick up the tab for dinner if y’all go out or offer to go to the grocery store and cook dinner one night if eating at home.

Boil jumbo shells and separately brown the ground beef. Mix the ricotta with the Italian seasoning then stuff shells with meat and the cheese. Pour sauce on top!

Yes, I used to get them regularly. I’d lose a couple of pounds each time. I honestly absolutely hated it but I do think it’s important to helping detox and flush out your system. The amount that came out of me was alarming.

Our Summer just took a turn. We started out okay and now it’s definitely not okay. I adjusted my working hours- I get things done before the kids wake up (like emails) and end my day earlier. It sort of helps but not a cure all

Nuuly for over 30yr olds unless you have a fab event! It actually saves me money bc I get my dopamine hit from “shopping” but wayyyyyyy less than I used to spend actually buying clothes.

10lbs is totally doable!! I hate it so much but running is what my body responds best to. Especially sprints/intervals. Decrease alcohol or eliminate if you can. Add in strength training. Watch your diet.
