Anyone have any marriage counselors in the Austin area they love? We aren’t having any major issues, just trying to grow our relationship more after being together a long time.

Truthfully, I have next to no energy for anything except enjoying my hubs and kids and feel like they are wonderful friends, partners in crime, and this family-centric chapter is exactly what I want to be doing. But. That part of me who has always been a little insecure about making and keeping friends is having a hard time. We didn't know anyone when we moved here and have a few friends, but mostly just ancillary acquaintances. I definitely try, but it is hard to make friends in this chapter and hard to keep up with the "maintenance" to foster those friendships into something deeper with kids and life. Sometimes, I see other people with much tighter friend/mom/couple groups (especially doing things together with their fam) or find myself not invited to gatherings within our circle and feel left out. I also know as the kids get bigger, a lot of our friendships may be dictated by what they like, which families they want to hang out with, and who is in their class, etc., but I still can't shake the feeling. Anyone have thoughts?

Hey y’all!! Gearing up to have our 3rd! I’ve always delivered at Women’s in houston. First experience was fab but postpartum nurses the 2nd time were not quite as experienced feeling. Anyone delivered here recently and had good or bad experiences? Thank you!!

Hey! Does anyone else’s child have night terrors when over tired?!? Or intense and alarming fever dreams?!? Do I need to talk to our pediatrician?!? He describes weird things ab his eyes and distorted vision when we discuss the next morning.

Does anyone have an Aquasauna under the sink water filter? And if so, what faucet did you buy to go with it?! Having the hardest time finding one that works with it. TY!

My 2 year old has to get a tooth extraction soon. Anyone have any experience with this or ideas on how to talk/ prepare them for this procedure?

I've been a stay at home mom for the past 6+ years, married for 10 and always relied on my husbands job. I want to start making my own money, saving for trips, bathroom remodel, nice jewelry etc. Where can I find a job that allows me to juggle the house work (laundry, meals, cleaning, drop off, pick up, after school classes etc) and actually make some money? IS THIS A UNICORN I'M LOOKING FOR?

Just found out I’m pregnant with a third and trying not to freak about being outnumbered. This is definitely a surprise my husband and I weren’t expecting. We have a five year old and three year old. Please share all your tips, tricks and anything you would do preparing for a third!

I know this is kid specific BUT generally speaking, how do you know when/how much to push/motivate your child? One of my kids doesn’t really seem interested in much. Extra curriculars, school work etc I just want them to be interested in something, anything at this point. Not depressed. Would rather just hang out.

Moms with ADHD kids but aren't ready to medicate. What are you doing to support your child? She needs a boost and I don't want her confidence to be effected but I want to try and support her in other areas before jumping to medication.

I don't necessarily want an "upgrade" per se, as mine is/was perfect for me at the time. I love it so much and don't really want to get rid of it, but it does feel very youthful and reflective of the time that we got engaged. I've been non-stop thinking of a more mature and classic style but I don't want to offend my husband by making him think I don't love what he gifted me all those years ago. Has anyone done this and can share their experience?

Favorite podcasts?? I don’t want anything too heavy that uses a ton of brain power, but also don’t want real housewives numb out level. Something in between. I can learn but not have to focus too much.

How does everyone work like you don’t have kids and parent like you don’t have a job?

I’m struggling with accepting the reality that the vast majority of moms are given the job of completely planning and running the summer itinerary. This is particularly mind blowing when both parents are working. Why does all the planning, registering, coordinating with friends and driving fall on to moms? Is anyone doing this differently and have advice for how to help me get to a good place about this?
