No more fighting it - I need a sweet treat every night. What are yall indulging in? Trying to keep calorie count /nutrition profile in mind. (Protein powder OK too). I love a yogurt set up and dark chocolate but need some more ideas. Also single serve is best so I don’t eat everything in one night!

My 5 year old is a big mouth breather. Some during the day and always at night. His upper teeth are starting to get crowded and he is getting a gummy smile. I have read these can be caused by mouth breathing. I have tried mouth tape but it doesn’t stay all night. The dentist didn’t see a tounge or lip tie. Looking for advice on any good products/shampoos or home remedies for chlorine green hair for my very blonde daughter. We have done the special swim shampoos, tried conditioner before she swims, rinse it right away, etc. She hates a swim cap and we are barely into swimming weather and it’s already mermaid green!

So my husband grew up going to overnight summer camp and I did not. We have a soon to be second grade daughter and wondering about overnight summer camp next summer. Not sure I love the idea of it. Anyone have general advice on this topic? Would love any insight for both sides of the argument!

I’m looking for a nanny for consistent childcare a few days a week during the day from 8-5 and occasionally babysitting on weekends. I’m having a hard time finding someone who is consistent. Does anyone know of any companies that provide a service that vets/does background checks and provide these services? The hardest thing as a working mom is attempting to eat healthy, but not having any time to meal prep during the day. The last thing I want to do at 5 pm when i get home is spend all my time cooking a healthy dinner and taking that time away from being present with my kids. Asking what's everyone doing?? Has anyone tried those meal planning services, or chefs in your house, or anyone have any recommendations? I am looking for like 3 meals per week to be cooked and ready to go/be ready to be heated. We are really trying to eat healthy so someone who is health conscious would be a huge plus. Located in South Austin, so anyone in west or central or south would work!

Hi! I am flying with my 14 month old next week. He is a very busy bee and doesn’t like to stay seated Any tips on how to make a 2 hour flight go smoothly? Planned the flight during his normal morning nap time but he’s now started boycotting naps so not feeling confident he’ll sleep. I’d really prefer to not break out the iPad/ shows if possible.

I am looking for a non-toxic, preferably organic, kids mattress. I know kids need firmer mattresses, but I am unsure if I should get one specifically for kids or if they could use any. Does anyone have any suggestions of ones you love? I know Avocado, Green Mattress and Naturpedic are choices people like but they are SO expensive. Do any more budget friendly options exist?!
