Looking for the experts here or anyone else who has experience! I seem to get a headache around Day 19 of my cycle. I assume its a hormonal shift, but wondering what I can take to help prevent it. I take Mag Biglysinate nightly, but wondering if there is another supplement to help! Thanks in advance.

This used to happen to me right before my cycle started. And throughout pregnancy, especially first trimester. I have an iud now and the headaches have subsided but I would like it taken out and try to manage it. Sooo I’m following!
