White couches with young kids?! Would it be so dumb of me, or is it possible? The cushions CAN be bleached. My youngest is 4 years old. Looking for advice from others who have done it and regretted it or not?!

must be performance fabric!!! Ours from Bassett has had chocolate and wine spilled. Cleaned immediately and cannot even tell. I’m pretty diligent with spot cleaning though…little scuffs and stuff can be seen more than other colors but they wipe right off. I also have no food or drink rule for the kids 😬

In total honesty, I’m not even sure my husband could handle white couches. But I’m wishing you all the best on this journey!!!
No shoes, no food, wash hands, keep folex close

Yes!! Do it! But get a cleanable couch, lol. We have white couches/love seat from Austin Couch Potatoes and all the cushions can be unzipped to wash (have had to do that a few times) and I use our Little Green Machine to do the sides (have had to do that a few times, too). We try to keep our kids in their play area most of the time and off the couch… you can guess how well that goes. But honestly, even with having to clean it more regularly than I’d have to clean a dark grey couch, I’d do it over and over again for the clean, airy vibes our living area has with them!

My question for you would be do you have anxiety about messes and a super clean house, or can you let it slide?? It's risky, but also if it makes the design of your house that's a tough choice. I would definitely enforce the rule of NO FOOD OR DRINK outside of the kitchen.
