Hi! So my 4th grader asks for play dates every single day, I’ve explained we don’t do same day play dates due to homework, dinner, bedtime, etc. and since it puts so much pressure on the moms and last minute figuring out of all the things. Am I being a jerk? Do your kids have multiple play dates throughout the week? Should I be scheduling more and trying to make it happen? With my work schedule, homework, and managing multiple kids it seems overwhelming but my oldest thinks I’m ruining her life… would love to know if everyone else is easy going and maybe I am just overwhelmed by figuring it all out?

About to have our third baby and with two toddlers at home I know I’m going to need some extra hands! What is everyone’s favorite type of support? Babysitter, doula, night nurse etc I need help!

My preschoolers need to take a lunch to school each day and they don’t have a way to heat them up. The other day, my 4 year old looked me in the eye, and said deadly seriously, “Don’t EVER send me cold chicken again. EVER.” So I’m looking for inspiration for things to pack in preschool lunches that are kept cold! He doesn’t typically like to eat things cold that are supposed to be served hot (with pasta being an exception weirdly). We’ve done sun butter sandwiches, mix charcuterie (aka pepperoni, cheese, crackers, fruit) and deli meat roll up’s, each with mixed success depending on the kid and the day 🙃 What are some things I’m not thinking of??

Hi! We make smoothies regularly and my kids love them, but I’m trying to find ways to add protein without ruining the flavor. Any no-taste protein powders you love? We’ve tried milk, milk alternatives, cottage cheese, yogurt, Fairlife protein shakes…but all give it too much of a milky flavor. Would love some ideas! 💡

I can tell my husband is depressed. He has been for a while and I’m just unsure how to support him right now. Not to mention we have 3 kids and I’m feeling super burnt out carrying the emotional load of the family. He’s snappy with the kids and it’s the biggest turn off. We have 3 kids, and my husband go back and forth if we should have a 4th. Everyone says 3 is the hardest number on a marriage and sibling dynamic. Would love advice from families with 3 that went for the 4th, and ones that are just 3. We have a mix of genders - girl, and 2 boys, all under 7. Youngest is almost 3.
