Looking to cut down (possibly out) on alcohol in 2025. Any advice or tips/tricks? I feel like there’s a lot out there now for the soberish

Hi Austin moms, how much do you pay your housekeeper, and what does she do for that amount? For example- Mondays $225 whole house takes 4ish hours (2ppl) Thursdays $130 2ish hours and that’s a tidy plus washing and folding and putting away laundry. Now that we’re settling into our life as a family of 5, there’s just so many piles of stuff everywhere. Our kids are little and require a lot of attention, help, and we have a lot of potty accidents. I realize that it’s time for our oldest child to start doing a little more, but I sort of wish I had our housekeeper come over 3x per week with a solid plan for what to do each time she comes. I will say- I ordered a Hidden Helper from amazon and the kids have started to help with the dishes more. That thing’s been great. Tips appreciated. Thanks moms!

I was not prepared for the amount of tears I’m having while knowing our family is wonderfully complete…I still just cannot believe I’ll never deliver another little baby or feel the first movements, etc. Am I nuts? I know we’re complete but I am so distraught about it.

Lately I have been on such a Brighton Butler kick- but I want to give her good local moms to follow! (Besides Kathleen Jennings obvi.) Any favorites she should follow? Thanks y'all.

Hi. We have three girls, 6, 3 and 9mo. The 3 year old is a high feeling, very intelligent little girl who is in OT to help us handle this but, I need some encouragement and advice. The flying off the handle, screaming bloody murder when she doesn’t get her way…it is killing us. It has seeped into every moment of our lives. We do timers do help with transitions, which doesn’t help. Bedtime is an absolute nightmare, she stays up late and wakes up early. She shares a room with her 6 year old sister, who actually enjoys sleep. She lies, she twists out words on us (“no YOU screamed at ME and hurt ME”). We are hoping OT will help, we’re about three weeks in. We haven’t done OT before and plan to ask at what point do they start addressing these types of behaviors but, can anyone shed some light or encouragement here? We are contemplating having her be in her own room and have the 9 month old and 6 year old share. It’s affecting our 6 year old and we are just at a loss. She responds to nothing. She has cherry picked potty training, she will poop in the potty when she wants but refuses to pee - not because she can’t but because she “doesn’t want to.” SOS. We are exhausted.

Wanting a tummy tuck after having 4 kids but nervous about the recovery? Can anyone tell me what your recovery was like and anything that helped speed up the process? I can't imagine being down for 6 weeks or even 2 weeks with the kid responsibilities
