I have not had one myself but I work for a plastic surgeon and we tell our patients to take at least a week for recovery but if you have help you can definitely do it. We will usually use a drain that you have for about a couple of days. It is no small feat but totally worth the reward. You will feel like you have done a million crunches/ab workout if you do end up getting your fascia tightened. Also you will need to wear compression to help with the recovery. All in all, it is definitely worth it! If yall have any questions feel free to reach out!

I work for a plastic surgeon. You will definitely need a surgeon. There is no recovery too.

Congratulations! I live by my Doona!! The best thing ever! My child is still 14 months and is still using it everyday. I also suggest having the baby Buddha (worked the best for me) or any hands free breast pumps. I also think for feeding on the go for baby’s I love the baby magnet bib and the busy baby placemat! I live by the busy baby placement!!

  • When is the best time to start swim lessons?
    B Black Tiger

I have a 15 month old baby who loves water. I would love to get her into swim lessons but don’t want it to be a waste of time doing the classes since she already has no problem with water in her face or even me dunking her in water. I’ve heard a lot about those survival classes. I’d love to hear the good and the bad for any class/place! Thank you in advance!

First time mom here-I have a 7.5 month old who is generally a great sleeper and now I’m all worried her schedule will get messed up with the time change. What is y’all’s best idea on navigating daylight savings with kiddos since it is coming up next week? Thank yall in advance!
