Ok getting V personal here…my husband loves to go down on me and it is not my favorite and I would like to know if this is the norm or abnormal to not enjoy it that much?? Any tips to help enjoy it more??

How does everyone work like you don’t have kids and parent like you don’t have a job?

I've been a stay at home mom for the past 6+ years, married for 10 and always relied on my husbands job. I want to start making my own money, saving for trips, bathroom remodel, nice jewelry etc. Where can I find a job that allows me to juggle the house work (laundry, meals, cleaning, drop off, pick up, after school classes etc) and actually make some money? IS THIS A UNICORN I'M LOOKING FOR?

Just found out I’m pregnant with a third and trying not to freak about being outnumbered. This is definitely a surprise my husband and I weren’t expecting. We have a five year old and three year old. Please share all your tips, tricks and anything you would do preparing for a third!

Does anyone have any resources for managing ADHD in adults? I believe that I have undiagnosed ADHD and have mostly managed throughout life/have learned to cope up until now, but I recently saw a job shift and am struggling with a radically different schedule and physical space (working remotely/from home now). I have elementary aged kids and as Summer approaches I’m finding myself panicking a bit. I love my children but 3 months in the heat while balancing work is just a lot. I wish we could spend the Summer traveling but it’s not in the cards for us, we have one vacation planned to look forward to. Any advice for how to make it through?

I have a 15 month old baby who loves water. I would love to get her into swim lessons but don’t want it to be a waste of time doing the classes since she already has no problem with water in her face or even me dunking her in water. My child is being tested for dyslexia, I’m at a loss for how I help. She refuses to do any work at home with me, won’t try to read, try to do sight words, or anything, but I have her with a tutor 2x per week. She told me she tries to hide to everyone that she can’t read (1st grade). Any advice is greatly appreciated.

We are starting from scratch in our house and I'm looking to implement systems that help my kids pick up after themselves. I have come to the realization that I can't pick up after everyone, there's simply not enough hours in the day! Chore charts? Natural rhythms? Want to hear it all, please!!

I’ve tried everything - sneaking them in, making them different ways, covering them in cheese, etc. I feel so guilty but is this normal and should I actually be worried? We did start a daily vitamin gummy which makes me feel slightly better.

Generally my partner and I agree on the big strokes of parenting and core values (phew). Overall, I think we split tasks evenly based on what we are best at (phew). We also have a fantastic relationship overall (phew). But with multiple kids the burnout is real and sometimes I feel (what feels to me? Maybe unfairly?) disproportionately overwhelmed as a mom. When tensions are high and I try to express frustration, set a boundary, or ask for support I sometimes feel like I’m being perceived or coming across as naggy, or condescending, or demanding. I don’t know if it’s because I get nervous and something gets lost in translation or something about my communication style gets mechanical, or if I’m just not great at asking for help and saying when something doesn’t feel great. Any strategies that work for others?
