RE: Coffee Conniption Fit
Dear Horizon Airlines Food Associates (HAFASS):
If you are going to boast about offering fresh Starbucks coffee on board your flights, may I suggest that you do not serve it with Coffee-mate Original Powder (COP)? Especially if the flight originates in Seattle, the home of Starbucks, the Coffee Snob Capital of the World. I mean, if you’re going to ruin gourmet coffee with white powdered chemicals, why not save some money and just give us Sanka?
Yours,
MomBrain

Oh I second that notion! I shiver at the powdered creamer in my staff room and secretly keep my own half and half in lesser known fridge down the hall. It takes many skills to perfect the coffee snob job description.
HAFASS….. tooooo funny!
I third that notion. I am from WA state are recently look a trip to HI where I flew back through Seattle. I cannot stand powered creamer. Yes, I admit, I am a coffee snob! Even if you put 15 packets of chemicals in, it still isn’t the same. Honestly, even though I can spell it brewing on the plane as we asent to cruising altitude, it’s a complete disappointment when it’s served.
I suppose we should be grateful these days that they offer us anything at all. In my opinion, I second the Sanka comment. I experienced 3 days of crappy coffee, and when it’s a morning necessity, it had an effect on my attitude which I attempted to keep to myself.
